About Topcliffe Farm

A family orchard with one focus: better cider fruit

We don't grow dessert apples. Every tree at Topcliffe Farm was planted with fermentation in mind — heirloom cider varieties and our trademarked Wakota™. Grown on a V-trellis , all apples get good sun exposure in the Yakima Valley’s warm days and cool nights, resulting in high-quality fruit overall.

When you buy from us, you're dealing directly with the farmer — not a distributor. We can provide full chemistry data on our harvested crops.
